Service Description
Our Luxury Bouquet Bar is a grab-and-go floral station featuring pre-made, hand-tied designer bouquets, perfect for weddings, corporate events, upscale showers, and celebrations. We create a curated mix of premium bouquets in your chosen color palette using high-end seasonal flowers. Guests can simply walk up and select their favorite No assembly needed, just lush blooms, beautifully wrapped and ready to enjoy. What’s Included: A mix of medium bouquets, single-stem wraps, and small posies All bouquets are wrapped in elevated paper and finished with ribbon Styled display with bouquet signage and simple guest instructions* *Display stands and signage are rentals and must be returned at the end of the event. Details: Luxury flower selection based on availability and color palette Self-serve setup; floral staff available upon request (additional fee) Final pickup must be scheduled by 11:00 PM Delivery available within Las Vegas and the Strip Shaded or indoor setup recommended for outdoor events
Cancellation Policy
To ensure your Bouquet Bar runs smoothly and meets expectations, please review the following guidelines: Pickup & Setup Final pickup must be scheduled no later than 11:00 PM on the event day. All display rentals (stands, signage, etc.) must be returned in good condition. Indoor or shaded setup is strongly recommended for flower preservation. Bouquets Bouquets are pre-made by our team and come in a mix of medium, small, and single-stem styles. All bouquets are wrapped in decorative paper and ribbon for easy guest takeaway. Flowers are seasonal and based on your selected color palette. Staffing This is a self-serve setup. Floral staff is not included, but may be requested in advance for an additional fee. Changes & Cancellations Design or order changes must be submitted at least 2 days before the event. Cancellations are non-refundable, and deposits cannot be applied to future events.
